El lugar es bonito y bien ubicado, la atención de Mauricio al recibirnos, y durante nuestra estadía fue increíble! El desayuno es bueno, aunque yo agregaría más opciones de proteína! My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The location is Amazon for exploring town. The facilities are modern and we never had any issues with the shared bathroom. (One of the photos is me testing out my tent by the fire pit outside.) I was charged a fee for storing my luggage for a few days and the process was smooth. Wafanyakazi ni wa kirafiki na wanasaidia kwa moyo, mazingira ni tulivu na ya kupendeza, na vyumba ni safi na vya kustarehesha. Ni mahali pazuri sana pa kuanzia kuchunguza eneo la karibu. Maoni madogo tu kwa upole: kitanda cha juu cha ghorofa hakina kingo ya kuzuia kuanguka, hivyo ni jambo la kuzingatia kidogo. The common areas are cozy and lovely and nice for spending time in. The breakfast was decent and tasted good. Each staff member we interacted with was kind, super friendly, and very helpful. Very very helpful given some challenges we ran into. Two constructive points. 1. They seemed to have an issue w external booking systems (I.e. booking.com) which meant that even though I’d booked a room and had confirmation - they did not have it in their system. The room I’d booked was allocated to someone else. This was a bit of a stressful situation. We did return the following day for a second booking we had and made through their website and things went okay. 2. We had a private room and bathroom. Well appointed, maybe a bit cramped. Friendly staff, nice simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee and cookies. I enjoyed it. There’s a tour desk here too.

The beds were super comfortable, the mattress and bedsheet were the best. We stayed in a 5 star hotel in El Calafate and this hostel was by far superior!. Breakfast was very good too. Welcoming touch with personal towel and soaps. Individual lamp and side table was nice for cell phone and water. El baño compartido siempre impecable, tantos las duchas como wc. La calefacción ideal en todo momento. La iluminación exquisita con luz cálida. Pero lo que destacamos por sobre todo, es la atención, calidéz, amabilidad y apertura del personal que nos atendió. Francisca de cocina, siempre atenta en el desayuno. Hugo y David en recepción. Nos ayudaron a decidir cuál era el mejor día para subir las torres del Paine. Y sus consejos valieron oro. Es un hostal cómodo, de sábanas limpias y suaves que permitieron un real rescanso luego de la travesía.Publicado en TripadvisorVerificada Best hostel I've ever stayed at I stayed at Factoria Patagonia for a total of 6 nights, both before and after my O trek. The staff, facilities, breakfast, rooms, etc. were phenomenal. This is the nicest hostel I've ever stayed at. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean with high quality linens, well set up spaces, and beautiful ocean and mountain views. They have a great breakfast for guests, free luggage storage, nice common spaces, and a coffee machine! Their common spaces can accommodate a large group, and their large wall map of Torres del Paine sets a great stage for pre-trip meetings and packouts. Factoria is at a great location - close to the water and the main part of town. On top of all that, the staff were phenomenal. Mauricio, Israel, and Saurela were incredibly helpful, friendly, and fun. They took the hostel from great to amazing. Thanks for everything!

Muy calientito. Excelente ubicación, puedes caminar por varios lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, el parque central queda a pocas cuadras, es muy seguro, la vista hacia las montañas es inigualable. Tuve suerte y mi habitación tenía vista al puerto. Los recepcionistas excelentes. Muy recomendado.

Bonita habitación y desayuno, super lunchbox para salida anticipada, limpieza, agua caliente e internet de alto nivel. Bonito restaurante del hotel. ¡Ubicación muy conveniente! Sepa que si va al Parque Torres Del Paine, lo más probable es que sea el último en ser recogido y el primero en ser dejado, lo cual es muy conveniente. ¡Todo fue perfecto, gracias!
